Instructions for Presenters

Presenters for the Summit (August 12-14)
Poster presentations should be no longer than 5 minutes maximum. Oral mini-review presentations should be no more than 25 minutes in length, with 5 minutes for questions.


All presenters should have received instructions regarding their scheduled poster or mini-review presentations. If you have not, please see below for both oral and poster instructions.

If your abstract was accepted for presentation, please register as a “Presenter” on our registration site. If you have already paid for registration, please email eventreg@uoguelph.ca to receive a refund.
